I have a 2014 mustang gt, the car revs out to 8k and it shifts like butter in every gear except third (no grind). I have done everything hydraulic and inside the bell house. Twin disk rst, brand new oem TOB/slave cylinder, mgw race spec shifter, BG snycro shift fluid, steal braided clutch line, brand new clutch master cylinder (has been vacuum bleed) the trans has about 80k on it, I have no idea what I’m missing could anyone have a clue what’s going on it seems I’ve done everything.

Here is Diag Out of Shop Manual!

• Transmission will not shift into one gear — all others OK

• Manual shift linkage

• REPAIR or INSTALL new components as necessary.

• Backup switch ball

• If REVERSE is the problem, CHECK reverse lamp switch for ball frozen in extended position.

• Internal components

• INSPECT the shift rail and fork system, synchronizer system and the gear clutch teeth for restricted travel. REPAIR or INSTALL new components as necessary.
