2014 convertable top and passenger window

Well after parking at work for a late shift, I went to close up the verys top, and nothing. No noise from the motor, and the top would not budge. Also the passenger side quarter window will not raise either, and while driving there is an occasional Ding alert noise, but nothing up on screen or on the gauges to let me know what is going on. Is this just hopefully a fuse issue? Was going to have the exhaust done on the car tommorrow, but now this is going to have to take first priority now....ughhhh.....

Fuses would be the first thing I'd check.

Would have checked earlier had I not have to drive the car to my parents to leave it in the garage for the night, but that's what I plan on checking first thing in the morning before taking the ride out to get looked at....weather on the other hand, might cancel everything out all together since it is suppossed to be rainy.

Update- Don't know how this all happened at once, but besides the top not closing, the trunk button will not open the trunk, the break lights do not work, they just flash, and the right side taillights won't come on at all....more fun....

Maybe it's the Smart Junction Box.

After all of this....it turns out it was an issue with non of the above, except the trunk.....apparently a small part of the trunk molding was interferring with the trunk from closing completely.....Kind of crazy that your trunk latch can completely cripple many of the cars normal functions.

Haha yeah no kidding! Thanks! So after all of that nonsense this morning I had the exhaust done, so now all is well.
