Does anybody have any idea (or has anybody ever seen) a Mustangs overhead dome light flashing. I start the car, and the dome light starts flashing and doesn't stop until i shut the car off. thanks

Does the dome light do this with the car door open? If not, then you might have a bad door ajar switch.
Let us know how you make out.

Doesn't matter

It doesn't matter if the door is open or not, if the car is running, the dome flashes

Hey, I know it's been a long time but did you get that resolved? I'm experiencing it on my 2011 gt right now. I had my wheels swapped out today, which shouldn't have any impact unless the tpms tool set something off.
The internet nor Ford had any answers. Our dome lights don't flash, they're on or off. So this is something strange.

Has anyone discovered a fix for this? My daughter's car started doing this tonight. I can't find anything on it.

The internet says...

"The flashing domes is a feature of the new style SJB that Ford uses now, it does that to alert the tech that one of the multiple things that are to be reprogrammed after an install is not done or done correctly."

I haven't confirmed it because I was told it's a dealership fix but I was told it's a blown door sensor. Apparently the flashing dome lights is how the problem is brought to light. (Terrible joke)
I haven't had it fixed I just unplugged the dome lights.
It makes sense for me cause the way they stuffed a set of 18s with tires inside the car put a ton of pressure against the door.
Sorry I don't have concrete info.
