2011 5.0 coolant leak

Took the mustang to the dealer for a coolant leak. After looking at my car the service agent tells me there's a serious leak and it's going to take 3-5 days to fix.
I ask were is it leaking from , he tells me that's what they are trying to find out. That doesn't sound right to me.I ask to get a few things out of the trunk he brings me to the car which is not on the lift anymore but parked in the back lot now.I think since it's warranty work it's put on the back burner until they finish the work that making them money.

if parts are not in stock they will move your car to the lot to work on other cars so the lift isnt tied up. also they could be waiting from ford for further investigation. these mustangs are probably watched very closely when they come in for anything serious. service places love warranty work so dont think thats the reason its on the back burner.

It just makes me wonder, you don't know why it's leaking but you know it will take 3-5 days to fix.I called today which is day two and he tells me they are still trying to track the leak down and it will take days those are his exact words.WTF
