Tmi foam and vinyl, anyone?
I have been looking at TMI vinyl and foam replacement for my seats. I considered the recaro seats but now that I've waited too long, they are harder to find. This tmi stuff seems to fit the bill. It's way cheaper but gives the bolstering one would need for "spirited" driving.
Anyone have experience or opinions they want to share? The price seems right at about a grand but I'm concerned about quality.

I have researched these as well. They appear to be quality pieces. CJ pony parts has an install video on these. It's a two person job and looks to be difficult at times. I really like the idea though, possible future mod for me.

I love the look of these. I've seen the vinyl in person on an acquaintance's car. It's good stuff, feels and looks like leather. For anyone that has stock seats, you should do this mod. It makes the stock seats feel like the Recaros and have most of the look.
Has anyone installed these yet?
I just picked up an '11 base and I've realized the seats are horribly uncomfortable.
I really liked the Recaros I had but didn't realize how much until i got this car.
Any tall guys try these seats? I'm 6'4" 245 and I find the originals have no support and the shape kills my back.
I like the low back version, but without sitting in them the looks could be very deceiving.
