Removing the Ford Mirror without Damaging the Windshield

For those who have tried or needed to remove the rear-view mirror. It can be a hassle. A lot of those tools they recommend buying don't work. And if you read the YouTube comments, there are horror stories of people cracking their windshields. Here is a video of exactly how to remove it without touch the windshield and an explanation of why it is so hard.
