Mine has a loose screw behind the mirror. Just pop off the glass and check the screws.

I've had mine at the dealer 3 times for the mirror being loose and vibrating. I have stock stereo. Mine vibrates and than transmits thru Bluetooth when on phone. They've never fixed it. Shakes from road conditions. My passenger door panel vibrates from stereo. FYI the ESP extra care doesn't cover either condition. Cars in shop again for LCA and HVAC motor both going out. ESP only covers LCAs. 900 miles out of standard warranty. Love my Mustang-not so much the support. Good luck.

I had the same rear-view-mirror vibration...so annoying. Only solution for me was dealer replace under warranty. All fixed and good. Contact the Ford Customer Service person here on TMS, I think her name is Deysha. She can help you further.

I just went on a trip to SC this past week. I discovered my rear-view mirror has this dreaded rattle as well. As long as i hold lightly on the top of the mirror in a downward direction it goes away. So friggin annoying....
