Does anyone know if the Focus ST seat rails are the same size as the mustang? The 2012 Focus ST seats look awesome. I want to replace my seats with something that has better side bolsters and is narrower (looking at Boss FRPP seats, Shelby Recaros). I slide around like crazy in my stock seats (5'10", 150 pounds, narrow shoulders and chest). My friends Challenger 392 seats had great side support and I didn't move around a whole lot in those. I'm looking for something that is two piece as this car is my daily driver, not just a weekend track car. Saw the SPARCO R505 seat as well. I saw the thread on the Corbeau seats but I have sat in them and am not a huge fan. Does anyone have any experience or know dimensions of the seats above (I know the SPARCO ones from the website). I'm going to go to the dealership to try and see the Boss and Shelby seats, that is if I can find a Boss on the lot. Thanks for any input!

 

I believe the 2012 gt500's have the same recaros as the 302. Im about 5'11" 160 and they hold me pretty well. Might get those Sparcos though since my car is a DD

 

Okay ill have to look into whether or not the boss and shelby seats are same. Still trying to find their dimensions to compare to the sparco seats. Gonna have to start checking out other forums to see reviews on the sparco seats

 

Sparco is a very good company. Idk about their reclining seats but my dad has corbeaus in his x-runner tacoma and the reclining mechanism has broken several times. There should be plenty of reviews online though, google is everyones best friend!
