Changing light on gauges

I wanted to change the led light behind my gauge pods to a blue led and possibly change the gauge cover thing to the white premium one. Has anyone ever done this? How hard would this be to install?

I'm assuming you have a base model? Changing the gauge overlays is easy, not sure about the LEDs though. The cluster comes out relatively easy.
