Automatic Climate Control Question

Hey Guys, I did the OEM nav and automatic climate control swap on my 2011 GT/CS and something seems to be out of sync with the climate control. I will have both sides set to 73 on a hot Florida day, and after a while the driver side will switch to heat, passenger side will stay cool. I've tried going through the calibration procedure by removing the fuse, but that did not seem to help. Any ideas?

You put everything in from the Climate control correct?
It almost sounds like a Blend door actuator.
Mine has done this before when my wife turns her side down to low and mine is set at 72 and next thing you know I have heat on my feet and face
I normally unless my wife is there do not split the system, set it for 72 unless it is really hot and then to 70.

Is the sensor built into the actuator? If not, I'm not seeing a sensor on the wiring diagram.

Found the testing procedure on iihs.net. Looks like I'm gonna have to take a lot of the dash apart to get to the areas that need testing.

Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to give everyone an update on this in case someone has the same issue in the future. I finally had a chance to go threw the diag procedure yesterday and everything tested fine. According to the procedure, I need a new HVAC module. I noticed during the self test that another code had emerged, for the cabin temp sensor. I did replace the sensor when I did the OEM Nav Swap job, thinking "I've got the dash out, I might as well replace everything". I pulled the sensor and bench tested it and it was dead. Luckily I still had the old one, bench tested it, still good. Threw it in and car and no more random switching to heat. I even got the dealer to return it 10 months later.

All of the codes come back on after I clear them, but everything seems to be working properly so

Alright Guys, update on this, its not fixed

I just got back from my 2.5 week, 3,600 mile road trip (Mustang week, Tail of the Dragon Michigan Nascar race, few days in Kentucky). This issue reared its's ugly face again 2 MINUTES AFTER I LEFT MY F***ING HOUSE! I realized after a week that it only does it when it's dark out (night or raining), it works perfectly fine when it's sunny. It doesn't seem to be connected to the sun sensor on the dash, I tried putting a piece of paper on it and it didn't make it blow heat. It's the weirdest thing though when it does it. Passenger side will be set to 73 blowing cold, and driver side will be set to 69 blowing heat.

Is the AC somehow connected to the headlights?? Idk, maybe the AC module is bad.

The Light in the AC/heat module grounding through the drivers side of the module itself
