5.0 Floor Mat...Worth it?

Hey guys,

I'm really close to pulling the trigger and ordering the 2013 5.0 floors mats for my non existant mustang gt that will be here on or around march 12. I was recently informed that the mustang dont come with rear floor mats. Not like ill ever be sitting back there but i was always under the impression a car would come with rear floor mats. I guess that just makes me closer to buying the mats because i orginally thought that the rear floor mats that would with the front 5.0 mats would be a waste but now they won't be. Now, my question is do you think its worth 105 to make the move and get the floor mats that have 5.0 emboried on them from AM. They have a 10 dollar coupon so it would come to ~95. Yay or nay?

I bought mats that say GT on them. I actually really like them and add a little extra something to the floor of my car!

I just got the plain black ones in the mail today from am. Just beautiful. I was close to the tri bar ones but decided the emblems would just wear out before the mats did. I don't think you lose either way but the plain mats also cover the dead pedal portion. I don't think the 5.0 or tri bar does. The Shelby signature one also covers the dead pedal. The carpet is very high quality.

I have the GT ones from 2011 GT, really like them. I think it really adds to the interior. I also think they look cooler than the 5.0 ones.

I got the tri bars in mine and they do cover the dead pedal. (Lloyd mats) ironically the logo is the toughest thing on the mat. My mats are wearing but the logo still looks flawless.

I'm running the AM/Lloyd mats with dead pedal cover in all of my Mustangs. They are way better than OEM ones and are holding up very well. Without a doubt worth it. But, they no longer have the ones with the dead pedal cover so that kinda ruins it for me.

I double checked because I thought I was getting more senile. The plain black, Shelby signature, and gt 500 logo mats are the only ones with the dead pedal cover on the site now.

Yeah, and that sucks. Luckily I got my tri-bar ones before they quit making them. And the newest addition to the stable was a 13 GT500, so I was able to get the Tiffany Snake ones.

My dealer carries the Weathertech line so I am going to look into those. I also think I want to get a liner for the trunk. Have any of you looked into trunk mats yet?

I got the 5.0 plain black Loyd mats. Very high quality material and craftmanship.

I think it also improved my fuel mileage !

I have the GT logo with the dead pedal. Apparently they are no longer made. What clown made this decision should be fired. The dead pedal should come on all the mats. I know some cars don't come with a dead pedal but having the flap won't hurt anything.

If you get rain or SNOW. The only choice are the fitted liners.
