2014 GT wiring harness
Does the audio system in the cars have the same wiring harness?
I have the Nav system and I am wanting to install a sub in the trunk. Does anyone know if the wiring is there for this?
I have extra wires in the Spare wheel area?

If you are adding an aftermarket sub you need an amp kit and a line out converter.
Its pretty basic to install if you're familiar with car audio. I know there are a few how to's in the audio section.
Run the amp kit from the battery to the trunk. Tap line out converter to rear speaker. Tap remote wire to antenna wire. Hook up all the wires and start bumping.

Chances are, there would be separate harnesses. I found this out when doing my navigation retrofit. Best bet is to talk the the parts guy at the dealer to find out.

Why not just go in the trunk and look? The dealer parts department is unlikely to know unless you get an enthusiast behind the counter - most parts people don't have a clue beyond what's listed in the manual. The parts will be listed with part numbers but there will be no mention in the listing as to whether the harness would be installed in all cars or only those with the option. The best you can hope for would be finding out if it's part of a larger harness and if that harness is the same for all models.
For example, fourth generation F-bodies all had the harness for the remote CD changer regardless of whether that optional changer was installed. But if you look in the parts listing it just lists the part number with the notation "with CD changer"... there would be no way to tell that it was actually in every car.
