I should have them on Friday.[/QUOTE]

How will you get them so fast?
I broke down and ordered a set also last Thursday. I hope to get mine by Friday, but haven't heard anything yet.

Just as I was getting concerned as to when my seats would show up, a tractor trailer pulled up in front of my house late yesterday with 2 big boxes.
The seats came fully assembled with seat tracks and wire harness plugs. Just bolt them in.
Assembly was extremely simple...takes about 30 minutes if you know exactly what you are doing, 45 min-1 hr if you have never done this before.
I love the feel of these seats. They really keep you planted when you push the car in a turn.
Sorry no pics at this time, it was too late once I finished the install.
I will post some pics soon.

I love mine.

Also love how they give the car "new car smell" all over again.

Thanks for the input guys, I will definitely go with your recommendation. Seats are on my short list of new mods along with upgrading subwoofer, Sam Strano's lowering recommendations, & long tubes. I just have to figure out which will give best SMILES/$$$ ratio.

How do the Corbeau's stack up against the recaro's. Obviously they enjoy a price advantage, then there is comfort, dependability.... Add to that I have a pretty wide back. Open to suggestions. THANKS AGAIN!

This is my personal take:

My primary issue with Corbeau is quality. Material quality and overall fit and finish, IMO, does not hold a candle to the typical Recaro, Sparco, Bride, Status, or other high-end seat. I am not generally a huge fan of the styling, as well.

They definitely are supportive seats, though. I think the CR1 actually has a little more bolstering on the seat base than the Recaros do.

Of course with anything but the Recaro you are giving up the side airbag, so you need to determine if that is a big deal to you or not. Even if I didn't feel like I needed/wanted the side airbag I still think I would have ultimately chosen either a Recaro or a Sparco seat. I like the Recaro Sportster CS and the Sparo Milano and Milano Prestige a lot.

I love the milano and milano prestige. If I don't get the recaros I will probably go for those. This my dd and only car so don't know about losing the side airbags

Here are a couple of pics.
I am trying to install a 4 pt harness for each seat. I installed a harness bar, but am trying to figure out where to attach the belts in the rear. Any ideas and pics?

Yes they are installed in the car. They are a lot less expensive like less than half but more work as you have to transfer all the electronics from the stock seats. You can't move the airbags so I plugged in some test module airbag bypass thingy.
