13 Base stereo + Parrot Bluetooth + iPhone = front speakers only?

13 Base stereo + Parrot Bluetooth + iPhone = front speakers only?
Is there a setting I need to adjust? I can go from radio or Cd with surround sound then turn on iTunes on my iPhone 4s to play thru the blue tooth and I only get the front speakers... Ideas?

i know 2 different blue tooth devices that are quite amazing if you are interested.. i even wrote a whole how to: on the bluetooth devices i used.
