What do you think?
So I'd love to start modding my mustang. I just need to do it step by step because obviously this stuff ain't free! But I played around in photoshop with a picture of my car. I have a 2013 Sterling Gray V6. Very basic.
Now my dream mustang would have fog lights on the grille, but just recently I've been seeing pictures without any fog lights and no pony emblem and I'm really liking the look.
So here are the mods that I thought would look cool:
- Shiny Black Thick Racing Stripes (I have a side stripe that is matte black and its really hard to see with the paint so I don't want to go with matte)
- Black American Muscle wheels
- Stage 3 Roush Grille
- Maybe plastic dipping or black tint for the orange accent lights on the front bumper
- And possible shiny black mirror covers, but its probably not necessary
Does anyone have any suggestions, I think working with Sterling Gray can be a bit tricky.
And I'm attaching the original pic of my car and the edited ones. Any tips or suggestions would be awesome! Thanks

Looks nice love those stripes considering getting those myself. But debating between that and a boss style roof. Also think about a tint in your windows really changes the look of the car IMO. Overall very nice!
The wheels will look bigger in person. He just filled the stock wheels with the new wheels. You are pretty good with PS though! I say go for it, on all accounts. The gloss black mirror caps will compliment the stripes.

Great comparison, you're really good with Photoshop! I love the Sterling Gray and it looks great with the "blacked out" scheme your going for. I think 18in' or 19' Black AMR's would look unbelievable on your car! All I would add to your list would be some window tint, quarter window louvers and lowering springs. I think with all of those mods your cars exterior would be on point! This is just my opinion.
Either way I'm sure your pony will look great, let me know if you need any assistance or have any questions!

My only other suggestion would be window tint like these guys mentioned and definitely a Bama SF3 tuner for some extra hp/tq throughout the power band!
Seems you're already headed in the right direction though. Let me know if there's anything I can help with!

I actually didn't remove it because if you were to
Do so you would need new double sided tape. So I just painted there and covered the areas I didn't want pain on. I used plastidip also. It's very forgiving, mess up and peel it straight off. But of you rather remove all together I know there's a thread for that also can't find it now as on my phone but when I get home I'll have a look for it.

Great job with Photoshop!
I would also tint the windows, just did it to mine and it looks great, especially with all the black you'll be adding.
I would also do something about the lower grill, stock won't match with the upper grille you're using. I would go with a GT/CS lower grille and a Boss splitter to round that all out, plus a rear black decklid, and either tint the rear tails or get the smoked rear tails.
