I like the Halo look, but this one also comes with HID conversion.

Can you recommend a better brand possibly?

I want to get a Saleen grill and a CS lower fascia with fogs there and thought halo/HID headlights would look great with a Saleen grill.

Opinions?

At first glance, I was thinking "Hm. That's not half bad in the black...

Then the chrome ones showed up on the car later in the page... frackin' awful.

It just got worse with the halos, black or chrome, no matter.

This is, of course, just my opinion. If you like them, well... it's your call. I would not, myself.

 

 

I think they are rice as heck

 

Check out American Muscle...they've got some projectors with halos....not HID with them, but they do look pretty **** good on our cars!

Just made a nice Mustang look like a riced out honda .

Thanks for the opinions, I should have been a little clearer. I like the Raxiom Halos that are smoked out but they don't support a HID cinversion and I was reading the Raxiom projectors aren't bright enough. So I am trying to find something like the Raxiom with HID.

why not spend money on the car to make it better? springs, cai, exhaust, oil change or maybe a tuner

 

Because what is better to some may not be the same as what is better to someone else. He might be wanting to "better" the looks of his car AND "better" the lighting performance over the stock lighting.

 

I have springs, Koni STRts, Roush Exhaust, new rims. Holding off on engine tune as I am one who is worried about warranty. But I like the look of halos, and want to try to find it with HIDs for improved lighting since I plan on going with a Saleen grill and having the fogs in the CS lower fascia.

No better is better.. Now that I know hes done some of the more common things it fit more to start doing things that add tot he look of the car. Add things that make the car look better in no way makes the "car" better.


I will say the tinted ones look a million times better
