Is the "PowerDome" higher or just extended forward!?

Sooo glad I waited on my decision of what I was gonna do to my hood!

 

Does the vent area have slats or just one hole and a raked area behind it? Also how have the dimensions of the powerdome changed? Hard to tell in that spy pic lol I really like the tiger racing hood for its functionality, this looks good since its similar to stock but I want to know it works!

Same here. It looks like a stock hood profile with the added vents. Is it?

Are there metal screens down inside the vents to keep leaves and crap out?

Are hood pins required or recommended?

Does it weigh less than a stock hood?

Any idea of how much cooler it keeps the engine compartment?

 

I'm sure all these questions and more will be answered in time....

Dang :/ woulda been nice if was stock profile. Just my opinion tho. Also the vent holes seem really far forward and not that large, wonder how much the flow through the radiator actually increases?...

 

The flow through the radiator is mostly effected by the grill. The vents won't effect engine temp (CHT) much but will allow heat under the hood to escape The Tiger Racing hood significantly reduces lift which increases downforce. It does help with heat dissapation but that's not it's main function.
