So I plasti-dipped my whole 13GT, you wanna fight about it or something
Looks good for the can job. I didn't have the sticking problem with my heat vents on the hood when I peeled mine off last week. I got tired of trying to get the wax streaks off them. What wheels are those?
This is... interesting. I applaud the effort!
I know that sounds like i'm just trying to be nice while I silently hate it, but that's not it at all. I just don't know how I feel about it, so I don't really know what to say other than good work!

Well I got more thumbs up than I thought. Thanks to all
I never really thought about doing my TSW Interlagos wheels but you got me thinking now. If I did do them I would have to add the glossifier or pearlizer spray on them so they look a little different than the car.

I always wondered how this would look on a whole car. My cousins and I are spraying their IS300s wheels tomorrow, so this thread was great timing lol
Diggin the overall look
, though do you have more pics? Also, I sort of see some tigerstriping on the hood, how does it look from other angles? Not meant as a diss or anything, just thought I might mention. Probably solvable by another coat or two
its less like paint, more like spray on rubber gloves

This is crazy!
And I like the look. Great job!

Well was able to fix hood without starting from scratch. I used a whole can and layered texture to match the sides and came out great. No more tiger stripes and it matches better (used less texture technic on the first few panels I.E hood, roof, trunk before switching styles for more texture). The roof looks great with no texture but I will add texture to the trunk at some point even though it looks great as is.
So far I've noticed more texture = hides dust and water spots VERY well, maybe even perfect but need more time to see. Yes even plastidip gets water spots in AZ as I've seen from using it over the past few years on smaller car pieces. The texture does pick up my dogs hair and lint a little bit easier than the smoothed plasti dip but you can't have everything

But moar pics are still necessary
Plus no more 4 hours washing, drying, polishing, waxing, or daily dusting

20 minutes with a hose, quick soap wash and once over with a leaf blower and done except for windows and wheels.
I wish I had done this right after buying the car when the paint was perfect.
