Thanks, but technically with the sales tax savings, it adds another $1k to the value I sold it for. But thanks!

Bill0754 -- love that Roush splitter. You said you didn't cut up and reuse the original splitter, but rather used self-tapping SS screws on the four outer points. Any chance you have a pic so I can see exactly what your talking about? I've got a '13 GT on order and I'm considering this splitter. Sounds easy enough, but I'd like to see what I'd be getting into. Thanks!

Here are some pics, they were a little hard to take. The only thing negative about not using parts of the old is that the lower inner wheelwell looks a little unfinished. But to me, it was a small price to pay for a much simpler install

@bill0754- Thanks for those pics. I can see what you mean now about the placement of the SS screws. Cleared up some of the confusion I had, and this thread will be usefull once I get a move on with this install.

The modifying of the factory splitter in Roush's installation guide is not a big deal and you should not worry about alternate ways of installing it.

Looks good Bill. I too love that Roush Splitter....adding another mod to my list of things to buy and do . Are those TSW Nurburgring wheels? I couldnt quite make out the logo on the center cap.

Yes they are. I staggered so I could keep the original tires in the front, but upsized to 9.5" wide in the rear to change to 275's back there

My car is lower than his, and it doesn't hit, but some driveways can be problematic. I have a harder time with parking bumps and generally parking front-end in. I'm considering putting some sort of electronic curb feeler on the car to avoid those kinds of issues.
