Rotor Hub Covers

Seems like they always end up rusting. I painted them because of it on my 06, and now with 15K ony my 13', it's back again... I painted the replacement ones I had to put on my 06' before installing them, but the high temp paint still came off. I see them online for corvettes, anyone know if they sell them for our cars? NOT really looking for any "Buy XYZ rotors and you won't have the issue...." type of responses. I will cross that bridge when I do the first big brake job... Just curious if anyone knows if they exist, maybe someone could make them

TIA

Did you use brake caliper paint or basic high temp paint? I've used brake caliper paint on the rotor hats of all of my cars and none of them have rusted.
