I will post my progress. Until I have the lamps I'll be thinking about the cleanest way to make the hole.

Finally .. lights off Back Order and got them today. Worked on the Driver Side. Used dremel and drill for hole and then had to use a large drill bit to make a hole to run the wiring. May or May not be worth it to you to purchase the entire mirror for simplicity sake. Before I attach Mirror glass I'm probably gonna JB-Weld the light in to make it waterproof and solidly attached.

The crack is in my Garage Floor .. not the Light ...

I spent maybe an hour tinkering on the Driver side. Passenger side should go quicker.

They are mounted in the exact same place and orientation as the 2013 so Pony projection is in the same place ...

I wired it to Black Wire coming off of Dome Light socket and Grey Wire going into Map light Button.

Wiring it this way make the light ONLY come on with Door Unlock via remote, Door Open or Dimmer switch turned to Max. If you wire like this they WILL NOT turn on if you turn on lights using the Map Light button.

Video o Door Unlock.

Doesn't sound to bad to do. Did you unmounted the mirrors?

Yes ...

Remove MIrror from car. I removed painted mirror cap so I didn't scratch the paint. Had to remove the mirror itself to get inside to install light and wire.

I have not run wires yet ... so far just straight to dome to test. Tonight I will remove door panel and trim and run it correctly. Once the Driver side is all done the Passenger should go smoother.

There are two pins on back of Lamp (+ / -) They are not marked. Connect them to the two wires in the Dome light that I explained above. If light doesn't work then flip them ... LED's have polarity so can only be connected one way for them to work.

FYI .. there is a metal heat sink on back of lamp ... be warned .. if the light has been on for a little while that sum***** gets HOT!!

I ordered the projector lights a couple of weeks ago and as long as it isn't raining, I'm throwing them in this weekend. fingers crossed.

If someone can post the part numbers, or a link of where to purchase, I would be much appreciative!

And did you join the wires from the left and right side then tap into the dome light wires?

Does anyone know if these are 100% plug and play, along with the heated mirrors, on a non-Comfort package equipped 2013 car?
