So I washed the car, and went out for a drive and hike, but then it started raining, as it's been the last 9 days or so.
Anyways, the car was clean, but ended up being filthy, again, because the rain. You can't see it from far away, but the rear doesn't shine, and I took some up close so you could see the dirt. Haha, anyways, again, in the light, and still dirty.
Destination.

Dirty wheels and new friend.

lol, mud on the decklid.

Can't even read "Corsa"

Better shot of the mud, and dirty chrome.

Detail shot of the Saleen grill.

continued...

The light was kinda funky. Light, dark, overcast, always changing with so many clouds moving fast.

Oh yes, how did I forget, the vids.

Someone asked me, do you ever hit speed bumps? I haven't scraped anything normal. I did have an encounter with a freaking huge incline I decided not to go past when I saw the Camry in front of my car smash it's undercarriage. So I found a pretty good sized speed bump and pulled up to check my clearance... O...M...G... way too close for comfort.
PS: Ignore the victims of speed all over my bumper.

I said to myself, that's not so bad, kinda...

But yes, it is.

Beware ground clearance with this setup. I'm alright because all my cars are lowered. To the n00bs though, I wouldn't recommend it.

Great looking ride, and awesome shots!
What setup are you running? (camera body + lens)

Canon Rebel T2i with the following lenses.
18-55mm/3.5-5.6
24-70mm/2.8
50mm/1.2L
85mm/1.8
That's all I got in my bag. I didn't get to use my polarizer filter because it was on the L, and when I'm out and about rugged I use the 85mm and the 18-55mm, which just had the UV filter on. I don't take my nicer glass out to climb on rocks, lol.
Thank you sir. Just a n00b camera.

lol, understood! I've got my T1i here with me in Iraq, and don't even want to take it outside because of the dust (learned to stay away from that with my Rebel XT in Kuwait...). I've got the 17-85mm IS USM, and it's a great lens, but I've been looking at the 50mm, I think I may pick one up. Where are you at in TX?
Stay safe.It looks so much better in person. The *** just flows with speed. Wait, that sounded wrong, lol.
