Intro Wheels - A few questions

I've been reviewing at a lot of different wheels lately, think I've settled on custom wheels from Intro Wheels. Planning to get the Kingman. I've got a few questions, and though I've researched this topic thoroughly, I'd like to get a response from those at TMS:
  • Has anyone ever purchased wheels from Intro Wheels before? If so, what was your experience like, and were you happy with their quality?
  • I currently have factory 18" x 8" wheels on my car, but planned on getting 19" x 8". I've been told that 245/45ZR19 would be the optimal size to get; can anyone recommend a better option?
  • Can anyone recommend backspacing? I think 6.02" would be adequate.

Thanks for your responses.

FWIW, 255/40R19's are the tires on the Brembo Brake package cars.

I would go with a 9 inch wheel so that running a 275/40 was an option. Just My Opinion.

Intro wheels are very popular for trucks and are highly recommended by the custom truck community. I would have loved to have some but couldn't swing the price...good luck.

Thanks, but I've never liked the look of all wheel and no tire.

255/40s would be better. You can play around with available sizes by plugging them into a tire size calculator like this one, but try to keep it under 2% difference: http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html.

Why not just consider a taller tire?

To keep the approximate 27" diameter I'd have at most a 3.5" sidewall (with 20" wheels). I'd like to have at least 4". Sadly, the 20" wheels are $500 more than I want to spend too.

19x9 and 19x10 would be a nice set of staggered wheels.

Definitely want to try and get more rubber on the ground. The brembo wheels w/ 255/40/19 isn't enough. If you can afford to go wider I would.

Diva...why 20's?

Heavier, less sidewall, reduced traction all for arguably better aesthetics?

The only advantage I see over 19's is tire selection.
