jaja, lol.

I think Roush rims in dark bronze would look cool, possibly.

Deep dish I don't think would work on this car, it would remind me of a Trans Am too much.

The only problem is that you'd have to paint the Roush rims, as they only come in Chrome or dark black.

Not to double post, but have you thought of just painting your Brembo rims you have right now?

Those rims are styled after the F430 Scuderia, and actually they came with optional bronze/gold rims....

F430 Scuderia = Best Ferrari Ever

I am down for anything that brings Mustang's and Scud's together.

Thats one FAT back tire!

Back on subject, if it were me id just paint the brembi rims that goldish bronze color. Mixed with Kona it would be one stunning combo

Just a little food for the imagination. Powder Coaters can do some really cool stuff. Blue on blue might be a cool look.

Wow... ok... Firstly, I did NOT know they were styled after an F430. If there is any car to imitate to show flattery, it's a Ferrari No wonder it looks hot.

Secondly, thank you for photoshopping that. I have no photoshopping skills. LOL. But I tell you what.... seeing my OEM brembo rims in gold looks HOT. I think I actually love this combo. Both the Kona paint and rims pop.

The Brembo wheels are also similar to Porsche 911 GT3/GT2 wheels.

Take a look at Forgestar wheels. They have the option to get a variety of colors. A set of CF10s in bronze or gold might be a good choice for you.

Yep, but they are much much smaller.

The 2013 GT500 performance package rims are styled after Lamborghini rims....

Steve, I worry these are very pricey?

On the topic of the painted Brembo rims...now the problem is to find a TRUSTWORTHY place that will paint (or powdercoat?) the stock rims. I worry that the re-paint quality will not be as good? Plus, would there be a higher chance of flaking off? I heard powdercoating is a good alternative.

What are your guys thoughts on either solution? and the approximate cost of each?

You're looking at $400 per wheel, which is a good price IMO for a forged, high quality wheel. Considering a 19" Volk or similar quality wheel, you're looking at a decent price. Keep in mind, these are made to order. You might wait a bit, but the end result is worth the wait.

The place my old shop used would powdercoat a set of wheels in standard, semi gloss non metallic colors for $300. That includes the acid bath and everything. Just to give you a reference point...

It will not be very hard for you to find someone to powerboat your rims.

Try this on for size during your free time, to see if you really want gold brembo rims.

Bringing this thread back to life, because I once again saw a car with bronze rims today, and made me think of how good that would look on my car. See pics above. However I am saving for my roush sc... So funds must go to that instead.
