Help find Lower Fog Light Delete Kit

Hi, I have been browsing the net for quite some time trying to find a lower fog light delete kit like this one. Any suggestion of websites that would ship to Canada? Maybe directly from Ford OEM, but these must be $$$$.

I found those on EBay, but they are not completely closed, plus they are 110$ CAN with shipping. I am crazy just be willing to pay around 50-75$ for two pieces of plastic?

I have decided to go with black mesh grille instead, its cheaper and it has better air flow.

I might still have mine when I removed them for the Roush fog light install. If you decide to install them, let me know and we'll work something out. I don't have issues sending to Canada.
