My buddy had the borla on his '13 convertible but I believe it was the Atak. It lasted about a month and he opted for the gt500 with resonator delete.

Even ZgT500 axle backs with a resonator delete don't seem that quiet on my convertible.

Do you like that,
Your not driving down the street wishing it was quieter?

Big difference between having a hard top having a sweet sounding exhaust. then hearing the exhaust in the back of your ear. And not wanting to press on gas because too loud

I think the volume is just about perfect, but I could do with an increase of a few decibels. Nothing crazy though.

If you want louder than the stock 2013 GT500 mufflers. Then you can try the Magnaflow Competition Series

after hours of reading through TMS finally put on GT500 AB and valance... went to car show... fun riding it... feels like a different car.. suddenly waken up.. feels punch... ddnt know exhaust note can make this much difference.
met a fellow enthusiast who have installed magnaflow competition series... we cruized together... his definitely sounds aggressive and attention grabber... but GT500 ABs are not bad either.. 2500+ makes good grown n 4000+ makes enough roar to keep anybody away but with it you can sneak past silently when u dont want to. bt its all personnel preference at the end... he loved his magnaflow & i loved mine...

Purchased it through FRPP dealer houston for $681 (AB+Valance) installed by dealer for $224(could be cheaper if you take it outside).

On the 2013 I believe there is some drilling to make the lower valence work.
On the 2012 you have a good amount of cutting to do

Gt500 setup

I have the Quad setup with valence on my 2013. You do have to cut but the line is already printed on the inside of your bumper cover.

Thanks. TMS members input was the reason behind the choice. I owe it to the forum.
