Im thinking of putting a GT grille with fogs on my GT/CS. Wll the wiring from CS fogs reach the GT fogs? Or is wiring for GT fogs still there on a CS? If I wanted to have a 4 fogs wired up what is trick so the work right? Any help would be great.....Thanx

It's illegal to have 6 forward facing lights on at one time.

That being said, you would have to wire up a relay harness to have all 6 on at one time and tap into the stock fog hot wire to trigger the relay.

I did the reverse. I hooked up the CS facia with fogs with my GT fogs. I took it an automotive shop where they had to create a separate harness and install a single on/off switch near the stock light switchs for just the CS fogs.

It's not illegal down here in Texas. What IS illegal is having your aux lighting come on when your brights are on.

 

I was wondering why its illeagal too. Then again so is alot of other things we do to our cars. Thinking about doing GT grille with working fogs and leave CS ones not working or make them vents. Would CS wiring reach?

I think what he was talking about was if you turn your high beams on, then the fog/driving lights should turn off. Car manufacturers wire it that way for a reason.
