First Ding!
Well yesterday, the first day after getting my Mustang I had an incident. I was driving when a couple decided to cross a four lane road right in front of me! I wasn't driving fast, but I did have to slam on the brakes and to avoid killing two retards! I was so upset I honked my horn and flipped these two idiots off. What I didn't realize was when I honked my horn I may have more or less activated my horn with my knuckles...kinds like a punch. Not that my new beautiful Mustang deserved such abuse... I was just trying to transfer my aggression through the steering wheel to the idiots faces. (As if that would work). Now to the ding. I dented the emblem in the middle of the steering wheel. How hard is this replace? Anyone done this before?
Thanks for the input.

I could be way wrong but I think the only way you could buy that would be with the air bag. I am not sure if they are made to be removable in that instance. I have seen a few custom emblems on steering wheels but they tend to not look as nice as the OEM in my opinion...

Those emblems are glued on. I seriously would not mess with it because you risk causing scratches when removing it. Plus you will need to buy the front housing from a junkyard of a deployed bag... Otherwise you need the whole airbag set up. Try 400 bucks plus for that. You can't just swap the emblem with the same chrome OEM one. They are aluminum and damage beyond use once removed. Not worth the trouble.
