Don't Order HID's From HIDguy.net

I have no idea if they actually work or not, if they do, awesome. I just received them in the mail now, but I figured id give you all a fair warning before you buy from them. First, the way they came packaged is just horrible and unprofessional IMO. All the wires, ballasts, and bulbs are just thrown in a box and thats it. No foam to hold everything in place, no protective wrapping, nothing. Second, they lie. On the site they say that in the kit you get the following.

(2) Double-Sided Heavy Duty Sticky Mounting Pads and/or Mounting Brackets - NOPE

(1) Pack of 10 Zip-Ties - NOPE

(1) Product and Users Manual - NOPE

Take a look for yourself. 2010+ Mustang V6 Fog Light H11 HID Kit - $100.00 : HID Kit and Aftermarket car Lighting specialist-HIDGuy.Net

As for what everything looked like when I opened it. I have pics for ya.

Hrm, I ordered mine through DDM Tuning and they were shipped straight to me... FROM CHINA! Out of 4 ballasts (2 for fogs, 2 for headlights), only 1 has been problematic so I have no complaints overall. I think in the Chinese HID kit spectrum, it's really hit or miss.

I haven't ordered from them, so I can't personally comment. Have you spoken to them after receiving your kit? Have you given them a chance to fix or explain the issue?

Yea mine didn't come with any of that also, I had to get a friend to help me out and when we went to install it, it wasn't a plug and play thing we had to grand down some parts so they would fit and tape the **** out of them.. But other than that I've had them for 10 months now without any problems.
