~ CS Front Valance......overdone?
Seems like everyones #1 choice is the California Special Front Valance.....is it overdone!?
SO much so I am starting to look elsewhere for something different.
I do NOT want to do a full front bumper change (ROUSH, Steeda, etc)
I want a front valance of some sort and do not care much for anything on the market except the Cervini's Type II front chin spoiler. (those I voted against: CDC, Cerv Type IV & B2, Steeda)
If I go with the CER-Type II chin I am trying to figure out if I want to get it Painted White to match the car or Texutred Black.
YOUR thoughts....Please Vote on Poll.

I say if you get the Type II Chin...leave it black (like the textured black)...it'll go with the black side and rear pieces...if you want it painted white..you should paint the other pieces white...

I thought about CDC but with the RTRs on my car I am glad I didn't. I like the mix I have on my car.

Well, it's your car, so if you think the CS front is overdone, then it is!
The Cervini is more unique, and if it's the look you want then go for it!
I voted to keep it black, otherwise your going to worry about every rock-chip and bug-splat on there (and there will be lots of them), unless you cover it with the 3M clear film.

Neema: Does look good don't get me wrong! I see you decided against the lower valance fog's, any reason why? plan on doing brake cooling kit maybe?

you can't see it from that picture, but i have brake ducts on there. i love how easy and clean the fit on the front valance.

Overdone on the internet but haven't seen one on the streets or at shows yet.

At mustangfest there was about 175 cars and mine was one of 3 CS/GT there. There was about 40 5.0 there and none had a CS/GT front end. I am kinda partial obviously but I think it looks great.

This is a toss up in my opinion. The popular choice is the GT/CS but the Cervini's looks good to. I went with the Roush fascia with mine. And on the painted versus unpainted dilemma it all depends on the color of the car. On a black car or Kona Blue I would paint it, but on white, grabber blue, Silver, or Red I would leave it black. Makes it stand out better.

I just followed your link from the other thread... I too thnk the Type II is pretty sharp. What do you make of how it tries to blend into the wheel arch? I cant tell if it looks good or horrible.
Here's the other Chin Spoiler thread...
