I'm considering the CDC GT500 style front grille and know that you have to cut the stock foglight mounts. If I ever decided to go back to stock, is there a piece that is easily replaceable that the stock fogs mounted to? Or would you have to do the entire front bumper? (Hopefully not).

Just did my CDC tonight and there isn't really a piece that could be easily replaced. I mean i suppose you could rig something up. Each fog is held in with 3 bolts and you have to remove two of them for sure. Can leave the corners in if you want. You may however be able to buy just a new "inner grille". not sure what the actual name or part number is but that's the piece that the fog mounts are on and it clips to the inside of the front fascia. This will all make more sense when you look at it lol. Sorry I forgot to take pics : /

Here's a couple photos from the back after the CDC is in. You can see the mount I left and where the bars were I cut out.

How is your radiator holding up? I have a 60 mile roundtrip every day. Wondering if I beat the crap out of it with that big *** opening up front.

I've sold a few of these setups, haven't had a complaint on this yet. To compare, I don't think the new GT500's would of come out with this if it would have been an issue.

Yeah I've only driven maybe 50 miles so far with mine so I can't say. But yeah it is pretty much the same as the stock GT500. And although it is "wide open" it's not as huge of a gap as people make it out to be. I'm mostly just worried about maybe a few more bugs getting stuck in the cooling gear.
