Boss replica

I got my 2011 black v6 last October and now I am finally doing some mods, I just ordered the gt bumper, saleen grille, gtcs valence and gt500 rear valence.

I really like the color scheme and the decal on the 2012 boss, what do you guys think about this wheel? it's the american muscle black bullitt, I just photoshopped the lip red to match the style.

I apologize for the poor photoshop skills, but this is what I have in mind, the pedestal spoiler is next on my list! then some exhaust, wheels (powder coat wheels). After all that, the color scheme will be done in wraps so I can take it off anytime I want.

As long as you don't put boss 302 anywhere on the car. Those words don't belong on a V6

It would look cool, you're not going to put "boss" on the car though are you?

Do it, but put Boss 227 in the C-Stripe instead of the 302 letters.

Car will look great, don't let the tards get to you about making your V6 look like a Boss; it's your car, do what makes you happy and don't look back.

I guess some people are really sensitive about a certain form of mustang, I am a poor college student who work full time to pay for my car and insurance (almost same price), if money allow who wouldn't get a GT? Or a boss actually? Why all the hate on copy something that looks great? I wouldn't put boss 302, but would think of something else in its place, the 227 idea is really creative there; and only mustang guys would be offended or something...

Went to cars and coffee today to chat with other owners, they are all helpful to me

As long as it doesn't say Boss on it it wouldn't bother me. Was another thread around here somewhere that someone wanted to replace there 5.0 emblems with cobra ones, I think that's going a bit far. Paint schemes, not a big deal.

As long as you don't have BOSS anywhere on the car than go for it. Who really gives a crap what any one else says or thinks though.... I know I certainly don't. As soon as someone else starts paying my car note they can tell me how to mod my car....

This picture of my car should tell you what I think of Boss stickers on a V6 Mustang...

Nuff said, they look good.

I agree it came out nice, I would just lose the boss lettering but maybe I'm old fashioned and in the new world it's not frowned upon to fake badge your car. lol as long as you don't hang around people who know about mustangs you probably won't get laughed at. (and make sure they cover their ears when you take off)

You talk to anyone that knows mustangs and they will laugh at your face putting Boss letters on a V6. That's like putting Ferrari emblems on a Toyota Camry.

Rofl, no one laughs at my face for the stickers on my car, I'm 16, it's sure as hell better than whatever POS they were rolling in as a teenager. I win, yep.

I'm glad the people around you accept your car. but if I hear a v6 "roaring" away with boss stickers I'm spitting up whatever I'm drinking at the time lol

16 with a 2011 v6, nice man you making that money huh?
It's awesome to be 16 and pay for your car by yourself along with the insurance, I would be proud of you man.

Honestly I'd laugh every time you drove up, but yea I guess even at 27 I'm part of the "older generation" that doesn't like false emblems or lettering. I mean I like the boss stripes as much as anyone, but even with a 5.0 I wouldn't consider putting the boss letters on. Then again, that's just a personal opinion.
