I installed the one for a 2011 and it's OEM quality like they claim. It's a little pricy, but the quality is there.

I have the full kit from Starkey (lights, switch, and wiring kit) and it is heads and shoulders above anyone else's kit. I have never had any problems with them, and they come with full instructions so its easy to install.

Thanks for all of the positive comments guys, we really appreciate it.

Rick,

The install is straightforward on the 13-14's. Depending on which kit you get (GT-Style grille mount fog lights Vs. Lower valance lamps) you are looking at 2-4 hours to install. No drilling, no cutting of factory wires.

If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

Has anyone made a grill fog light kit for 10-12 v6's? Something in actually really jnterested in doing. Maybe retrofit a set of 13 gt led fogs or something

No company has come out with anything as of yet. We have looked at doing it but with the cars being out of production now, it doesn't make financial sense when all the costs are added up.

There have been a few that have retrofitted the 13 LED fogs to a 10-12 GT grille, but the 10-12 fogs and 13-14 fogs are nothing alike so it is completely custom. The 10-12 fog lights attach to the grille itself, while the 13-14 fog lights attach to a bracket behind the grille.

The best bet for the 10-12 V6ers is to pickup our OEM style fog light kit, or replace the bumper with a GT or Roush bumper and accompanying fog lights.

I just checked out the full kit on your site and noticed something that could be a problem for myself. It says the fog lights wont turn off when the high beams are turned on. I'm not sure about other states, but here in Maine, that Is illegal. Any way to have it so that it does shut off when the high beams are turned on?

It is true that in most states DOT regulations require the fog lamps to shut off automatically when the high beams turn on. However, we have found over the years that the vast majority of our customers prefer control over the fog lamps at all times, so this is the way we designed it. To be clear though, the fog lights CAN be turned off when the high beams are on, they just won't do it automatically.

Right not there are no plans to re-design it to shut off with the high beams automatically, but we will definitely announce it if that changes.

An option if that function was really important to you is that you could wire in an additional relay that was connected to the high beam circuit so that they switch off automatically.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Exactly. You can be legal or keep them both on. I never run high beams with opposing traffic, so don't see what the issue is if I want to put more light in front of me when I need it and no one will be affected by it.
