New MPT tune!

So I got my MPT today and loaded it up tonight. All I can say is wow. The throttle response is no delay. The car explodes when hitting 2nd and third gears. The tires were chirping at 40 mph and even 70 mph when punching it from dead stop. My tires never chirped at 70 mph. I still love bama but holy good god on MPT. I can see what all the hub bub is about. MPT is the real deal. 91 race performance tune is a freaking beast. I have to say the mid to high power with our engines is really explosive with the right tune and mods. Your thrown back in your seat.

The engine idol and engine revs are a little choppy at start up. Slight surge with my rpm's when reving engine which I'm sure MPT can work out if I data log. First gear is just not a pull hard gear but 2nd and 3rd gears up to gear 6 are a beast. When you hit 40 mph it pulls crazy hard all the way up.
Mad props to MPT to making a crazy powerful tune in email form. I wish 1st gear was more explosive like 2nd and 3rd gears but that's just how the car is designed. Even with 3:73 gears the v6 just lacks the torque to have the first gear explosiveness. I'm not sure if even the 5.0 has an explosive 1st gear.

I tried an MPT tune on my '13 GT and was not impressed compared to my other auto tunes. I hear mainly good things but with v6's.

I need to work out some minor idoling issues with MPT but seems to be a very powerful tune. The throttle response feels to be slightly more aggressive on the MPT tune compared to my bama hybrid tune. I haven't heard anything about there tunes for the 5.0's. The car has a bit more throw back compared to the hybrid tune, however the hybrid tune is great and pulls hard.

I'm glad to hear you're enjoying that tune & our Bama tune! We can definitely make some adjustments to our tune, in hopes to make it as explosive in every gear as you'd like.

Just let the Bama team know exactly what you want and we can look into it for you! Our Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 9AM-5:30PM EST. You can hit them up directly at 888.226.9764 and they'll get you squared away!

Awesome! What type of tuner do you have? Do you think MPT can load tunes onto a wireless iTSX controller?

I have sct tuner and it loads like any other tune. I would think you could load it into your wireless tuner

I haven't heard anyone complain about MPT yet, but I don't know anyone with a 6mt with them.

Yeah, mine being an automatic the shift points are great. I was shocked when at 70 mph the tires chirped. 2nd and 3rd gear throws you back in your seat. The throttle response is really sensitive and awesome.

Is there throttle response all the way through as you push the pedal or just for the first inch? I noticed that's how Bama tricks you into thinking the hybrid tune has more power. That's why I stick with the race tune.

I just got a hold of a 93R_H tune for my car. I think the hybrid has a little more configuration than just the throttle response, from my experience.
I feel smoother shift points, a difference in slip and grab, and difference in induction sound at smooth acceleration.
I have only had several rides with the new tune so far, but is noticeably different than the 93R tune I was previously running.
I am curious to compare what MPT has to offer along with Steeda. Oh man, my gf is going strangle me!
