Need help adding power
Need help adding power
I just ordered a 2012 v6 3.7L mustang, reason for this is my 2011 5.0 got sucked up in a tornado. Anyways, I want to add some good power to it, but it seems hard to find a website that sells turbo/ twin turbo complete kits. Is there anyone who can help or maybe knows that a pro charger would better? Let me know. Also, can my stock engine and trans handle the added power? Thank you
There is no turbo kit out yet for the 3.7 Mustang.
The ProCharger is out and works well.
Look here for some very good info on the first ProCharged 2011 V6: www.v6mustangperformance.com

Any of the top named tuners are good. My Evolution 93 octane tune took almost one full second off my 0 to 60 m.p.h. times on my 2011 3.7L automatic.
Here ya' go:

I plan on getting one when I have an extra 5 grand laying around. I'll write a review on it in, say, about 5 years.
Until then, I went with the Airaid CAI and I plan on Bama-tuning mine and adding the Borla Touring exhaust this Monday - Tuesday when they arrive.
