K&N Drop-in Air Filter
Installed the K&N. Acceleration is noticeably smoother, especially from 1st which had been a little "clunky." Car seems zippier so not bad for a $55 investment

Nothing against the K&N filters but unfortunately even with a full CAI and no tune the most you are going to see is 3 to 4 hp. A drop in filter is more like 1 or 2 at most. It will make your car idle and run out a little smoother, but as far as being noticeably faster, . . . purely placebo.

What you get from a K&N drop in is that it will last forever. And you won't need to service it for at least 50,000 miles.
And speaking of placebo effect, it all is. The stock air filter flows plenty well at low and mid range so any percieved better running is just that.
