An ounce or two of oil loss (blow-by) in between oil changes wouldn't show up on the dip stick.

Hey, looks good. I'll be looking into a plug and play kit for the 2011 V6 very soon.
This works great on every engine. All engines get oil in the intake system through the PCV air. The PCV air is filled with oil vapors and those vapors will gum up throttle body blades, intake runners and even delute the fuel octane.
Our Separators will stop the oil and allow the PCV air to go though on it way to do it's job.
Keep us posted on the results

After only around 40 miles, i have a small amount of oil in my catch can. With all this snow and a few days of rain on its way, Little Red (my Mustangs name
) is clean with his cover on, parked in the carport for the next few days. I'll post a picture of the collected oil when i get a couple hundred miles or so. Way the weather has been it might take a month to get that many miles
. The catch can is working

Nice installation. I have one on my 2006 and get more than an ounce in a 1,000 miles, but I have the Xcharger on my car so that creates a little more blow by (and more reason to catch it before it gets into the intake).

Thanks everyone
.
I read on other Mustang forums to see if anyone had a catch can on their 2011 V-6 Mustang. I couldn't find anything. I will tell you, our V-6's do need one. Like i posted above, after only 40 miles there is a small amount of oil in my catch can.

I'm still thinking about it. It kind of looks cool. What is holding back is that don't see a lot of evidence that cars actually need it. I mean if is something that could cause problems down the road you will think it will be part of the design like the air and oil filter. I'll keep it in my list but well down for now.

Up-Date on the JLT Catch Can: Sorry but with all this snow, its taken me this long to drive 100 miles. Here is a picture after only 100 miles.
You don't want to drain it back in the motor, plus there really is no reason too.
We did a test fit on a 2011 V6 this weekend and will put them on the web site shortly.
We used a 2011 GT 5.0 factory hose for a perfect fit.
