Does anyone know what this is?

While installing BBK shorty headers this weekend on my v6 (major PITA) the plastic cover on the aluminum tube next to the fuse box came loose and fell into the depths of the engine bay. I tried to order a new one on the phone, but the guy at the dealership said they couldn't look up the part off of a diagram. Anyone know what this tube is/ what it's for? Any help would be appreciated.

low or high side service port for the ac line. appears to be the low side though. i work on cars all the time that come in and dont have any caps on their service ports with no problems although you can get a set of them from advance for less than $10. just get r134a caps. youre suppose to put the headers in from the bottom at least thats what i had to do. it also appears you bent the line just hope you didnt crack it and form a leak.

Just a dirt/debris cover. Nothing will leak out if the cover is missing. I think you might even be able to pick the caps up at an auto parts store.
