Clutch upgrade

Hello, just looking for information about a clutch upgrade for my 2012 Mustang with the 3.7 engine. I upgraded to a standard flywheel with a new clutch kit. The first road block I ran into was the flywheel bolts being to long, so I changed them for shorter bolts and same issue with the pressure plate bolts. Now the concern I have is that the throw out bearing is not going to be long enough to disengage the clutch. Has anyone else ran into this issue or know the solution?

Have you looked into vendors like American Muscle, CJ Pony Parts and Late Model Restoration? They have performance/aftermarket parts for both GT and V6 Mustangs.. Web links are attached below.. Meanwhile, welcome aboard.
