Wow, really surprised nobody responded to your thread.
Anyway, are these Borlas new or used? Doesn't look like a defect, looks like damage during shipping or during packaging.
If they're new, send those pictures to the manufacturer or whoever you got them from and get with their customer service rep. Have them make it right! Either they pay for a local exhaust shop to repair them or they send you a new set and they eat the shipping both ways. All you did was order and pay for them. You are the customer and have rights!
If you bought them used, get out a pair of channel locks and bend them back to their original shape as best you can. Shouldn't be too hard. Hope this helps and hope someone else responds as well. Let us know how it all works out. Good luck

Well, your options are to just bolt them on as TheDivaDanielle indicated or you can contact Borla and give them the earfull you mentioned or you can bend them back as I mentioned and bolt them on. Either way, get-er-done

It's hard to remember since I installed mine like 3 months ago, but I don't think mine had any bends like that. Definitely let them know, and your right, better be top notch quality for the amount of money these things cost.
But when you finally do get them on, you'll love them!!!
