Upgrading the mufflers is an easy do it yourself job if you buy the ones that are made for these cars. I only needed a shop to do the work because I did not have a lift, cutting equipment and pipe expander needed to install the x-pipe.

I would love to hear some live sounds of various 4.0 V6 models with different mufflers.. But no You Tube videos... I cannot tell squat from those.

I really wish I just had the muffler shop just run everything straight back dual with no X or H pipe. You always learn more after the fact.

You know I also took one muffler off and started it to see what it sounded like. Of course it was horrible.

Well here is the sound better than the stock single V6 muffler...
