Hi Laroh! You are welcome Buddy! I ran the sat antenna wire from the head unit, under the glove box and down the kick panel, rocker moulding and through the back seat so it is totally invisible. Since I am a ragtop, I put it on the trunk lid (painted it the factory color so the hockey puck blended in). Probably will work okay for you that way but the roof would be best. Just not sure what the moulding is like on a hardtop LOL! Being a convertible, I originally thought I could just put it on top of the head unit but would lose signal all the time. Put it in the center counsole next and still lost signal way too often but, on the trunk lid I have to be under a concrete overpass for a few seconds before it cuts out. Rule of thumb, try to get it to the highest point possible.

Cool. Thanks. I just noticed that my Aux button doesn't work now with either faceplate. Do you have this problem?

Yes, I noticed the Aux button deactivated when I switched it out. I have no idea why that would happen but am pretty certain when I first installed the head unit and the satellite was not activated it still worked. Might be my imagination though.
