2010 Mustang PCM

Hello I'm a new user, but I have this quick question that I can never find the answer to. So long story short, I need to get a new PCM for my mustang, since my year is the last year they made the 4.0 V6, am I able to use a 2005-2009 PCM since they have the 4.0 V6 as well?

2010 only, your car has things on it the 2005-09 doesn't.

^ yeah that's what I thought too but I wasn't sure about the V6; for sure that it the case for my 2010 V8

2010 was the "bridge" model year between the 2009- and the 2011+ and has a lot of the new features of the 2011+ cars, even though the 2010's didn't have the new engines

Jeez that sucks, the 2010 PCM's are like the hardest one to find with out paying $600+. Thanks for the information though.

Stand Alone ECM/ECU for 3.7 V6?

I have a 3.7 V6 from a 2011 Mustang that I intend to swap into a different non-Ford car. I need basic ECU support for the 3.7 engine as well as the ability to turbocharge the engine at some later point. Anyone know of a controller that can handle this? As an alternative, can the stock ECU be programmed to handle turbo boost? Thanks
