Yes I'm being facetious - your V6 is a hair quicker than my old 02 and 07 GTs and way quicker than my 91 LX was even with a few mods.
Pffftt... tough times we live in when the base car can't break the 12s
On the otherhand, 13 second V6 Mustang - it truly is the golden age.

So since I have the performance package with the 19s, does that mean my mpgs will be less than the "31" rated mpg? I'll be fine at 27 hwy and 17 city, lower than that will be unexpected, I didn't buy the car to get good mpg anyway, it was more of like icing on top.

You'll probably be a couple mpg down with the stickier 19" tires and 3.31s, but you should still be able to get excellent mileage on the highway. Since you have the PP, all you need is a new D/S and a tuner and you're ready to go!

Great! I am also looking to add the ghost cam tune in the future, so many mods, such little money

Which is an interesting point. Because I've been researching building an economically priced drag strip specific car with trying to keep the stock internals intact as much as possible initially, and if you go pre-2011, you'll be hard pressed to find anything (modded or not) that performs that much better than a conservatively procharged 3.7 Mustang. And if it's any of the 4.6 Mustangs which are also supercharged, again, it's right around 11-12 seconds. This 3.7 V6 is the real deal. If you want to go faster than this 3.7 supercharged on stock internals, you really need to start with a 2011 or newer GT and start modding that.
Yeah, this 3.7 isn't a "real muscle car".
