Some say yes, some say you'd need UCA's too.
I've been grappling with this problem myself. LCA's would've been my first mod if it wasn't for this conundrum.
UCA's are just too much work for me to do in the driveway, so unless I hear definitively that LCA's would do it, I'm going to just live with it.

Not lowered, I heard lowering gets rid of it. Once I figure out the cost lowering and finding a place in Little Rock or Memphis. I might go that route.

Yeah, when it's 40 degrees and raining, I get a TON of wheel hop... in **** near every gear (gotta learn how to ease off the throttle!). Like this morning. There's a fairly steep hill I gotta go up every day to get to work. Started out in first... BAMBAMBAMBAM... f***! Shift to second... BAMBAMBAMBAM... f***! Shift to third... finally started getting traction. Ridiculous.

I did the LCAs and they didn't help at all. They were the Steeda tubulars. I got tired of the added noise so I put the factory ones back in.
I've heard that lowering the car seems to get rid of it completely... I guess I'll find out soon.

I've heard the same. I'm planning on doing suspension this spring, and hope this will cure the wheel hop.

if youre gonna lower your car, id go with eibach springs and adjustable front/rear sway bars. also id add BMR upper and lower control arms and on the lowers, get relocation brackets. another add on you could do is an adjustable panhard bar and relocation bracket from BMR. finally some bigger, stickier tires would help solve the problem. and if you really really want the problem to go away, id upgrade the rear end to 4.10 gears and a Torsen T-2 LSD. hope this helps.

My '11 BBP GT hopped like crazy when stock. I installed Maximum Motorsports dual adjustable LCA's and it helped a lot, but there is still some wheel hop once in awhile (I left them at the stock length). I measured my pinion angle and it is -4 degrees. Should ideally be -1 to -2 degrees, so I'm told that I need to shorten my LCA's a bit to correct the pinion angle to totally eliminate the wheel hop. If that doesn't cure it, then I'll buy an adjustable UCA.

I did all suspension at the same time so not sure if any single mod stopped the hop.
I have zero hop with eibach prokit Koni STR.T shocks,UPR adjustable upper with mount,Billet lowers,MM adj panhard bar with brace.
Pinion angle -2 I get plenty of wheelspin on street tires but no hop.I'm doing subframe conectors and relocation brackets today.

Sprinklers were on in the median by my house and i got wheel hop on the wet road with cold tires. BBP, 3.73, GT. Going to eventually do suspension after i save up some money. Going to the track a couple more times to try and figure out what setup i should go with.
