What would you do with 800.00?
Hey, what are the benefits of the clutch line and breather package? Thanks in advance.

Yea I love this part of TN too, lots of curvey roads and mountain scenery.
So far, I have ordered some gt500 axlebacks and Metco LCA's, going to look into your suggestions on clutch line and brake lines.
Thanks for the input.

Wheelman,
As far as the clutch line goes it seems to have too small of a valve where it goes into the transmission, makes it feel more consistent from all I have studied especially as the pace starts to pick up or you are at the drag strip. It is one of my biggest frustrations of my GT but that JPC/JHR line is on my list once I have some extra cash.
Breather Package, It helps prevent the oil bypassing from the cylinder heads back into the intake manifold, this burns oil over time and the breather kit eliminates this issue while not costing $240 dollars that JLT is asking for their product. the JPC breather package is $59.99

Glad to hear about the GT500's one of the better sounding yet still mellow exhausts in my opinion. and good call on the LCA's too. Once you get them on I would love to hear how it works out for you!

Wow, the mark-up some people charge for simply putting things in a "package" for the customer ...
completely agree I got mine as a Christmas present so I guess I can't argue.

I thought real hard on swapping my 3.31 gears for 3.73 from FRPP, but dealer wants 630 bucks to install and that does not include parts, so that mod is on the back burner.
I ambivalent towards the prop rod myself, if I were going to show the car I might consider the hood struts, but they are way down the list.
If I like the Metco LCA's I am going to order their UCA and bracket for about 380.
Also considering the Boss LS transmission cooler scoop, but that can wait till it gets hot in April.

Let me know when you get the UCA and 55d springs installed, I am considering these mods to go with my Metco LCA's. Would be very interested in your opinion on handling improvement.

I liked the idea early about the brake lines but I would not suggest the Boss ones since they aren't SS they are just "reinforced" rubber. If you are thinking brakes lines get Goodridge, people say they are good.
