I, too, have an '11 5.0L Brembo GT base model (300A with cloth seats). I have the info center (info, setup, and reset buttons) and if you toggle through the setup button menu you'll find the oil life percentage. Also, once the oil life starts getting low (something you haven't allowed to happen) it'll pop up as a warning when you start the car (that you can clear with the reset button).
