Anywhoo, I personally think you should go with the catless mids, if you can handle a little more exhaust noise.

Between the two I would go with the throttle body. We've seen some nice gains.

Now if you want to step up to long-tubes then I would recommend those. I can get you a free Steeda tune with that if you want to go that route.
