What exhaust has th deepest sound (and is still LOUD)?

Hey all, I was just wondering what exhaust produces the deepest sound (rumble) and is still loud?
How does the GT500 exhaust sound?
I am currently running with Borla S-type Axle back.
Thanks!

Here is my research:
Big H pipe = Rumble like the older muscle cars
Big X pipe = Growl like the Nascar crowd
For even louder, remove the resonators too

I chose the GT500's because I could hear them, but not draw unwanted attention, so even opened up with my 3" X pipe and 3" full resonator deleting pipe back to the axle back they sound really mean at WOT and have a low growl at idle. Your Borla S types would get really mean sounding with the X pipe and resonator delete, but not sure what they would do with the H pipe, probably throatier and loader too if I were to guess. I like the Borlas, just too much $$$ for me. Listen to as many examples as you can with good speakers and make up your own mind as to what you want! Good luck and have fun!!!

Here is a nice video in the link that will give you the sound of the Steeda Axle Back Exhaust. I know from persona experience (hearing these in person) that this is a loud and bad a$$ sounding exhaust.

Neighbors will know when your leaving and coming home.

I put just a SLP loudmouth axle back on my 05GT and it sounds deep and loud. Love how it sounds everytime I start it.

Thanks for the input!
I am thinking of 2 options right now:
1. Replace my Borla S Axle Back (sell them) with SLP Axle Back muffler delete.
or
2. Keep my Borla S Axle Back (I do love the tone, i just wish it was a little deeper and louder) and add the JBA H-pipe (buy from American Muscle).

What option do you think will give me what I'm looking for? I listened to all the clips of exhaust sounds, but it is hard to tell with the quality of the recordings and playbacks.
I have heard great things about the SLP muffler delete, but I would hate to get rid of the Borlas - they have great quality and I like the tone.

Thanks again for the help.

I'd stick with the Borlas, and get your H pipe....it'll give it the volume, and growl you're looking for.

This is with the X pipe.

Your car sounds vastly better than an 11+ car...especially with the SLP Loudmouth. That system sounds absurdly awesome on a 4.6 machine but like hot garbage on a 11+ car...in my opinion.

I did and was really happy with the result. The GT500's are really tame with the resonators and the stock H pipe. Since you have to have the Pypes X pipe welded in anyway, buy a 6' bit of exhaust tubing, cut it in half and use it to connect the X pipe to the axle backs deleting the resonators and giving you a home made cat back. I love mine! It is totally quiet at cruise but you hear it in the car under acceleration even with the sound tube deleted! I get complements all the time on my sound, it has a nice burble at idle and really growls at WOT.

GT500's without resonators is a great sound. Plenty of YouTube videos. Very comparable to Borla S type sound for a fraction of the cost.

Roush axle backs with FRPP after cat xpipe here. Deep and mellow until you step on it then it's loud and mean.

I have a Magnaflow Street Catback system on a stock Cat. It has a really, really deep rumble at low RPMS, but sounds like a monster is puking once you step on it into midrange and higher RPMS.
