Blackstang13,

I can assure you that the parts you had received were not a return item ... the items were some how opened during transit and the end result was a couple blemishes on the products. Our shipping department made a mistake and added a 2nd invoice in the box which was, yes, a mistake. The CAI is able to fit 2011-2013 Mustang GT 5.0 engines.

I can' speak to the shipping or your conversation with the rep on the phone ... but I was told everything was resolved after the phone call was made to you. I will follow up with our shipping department and provide you a tracking number as soon as I can. We just recently had our Pony Wars today so i can't do anything at this moment.

Yes, this forum is used to provide feedback and improvements to customer service ... and we have no issues with that. We try to exceed expectations with our quality and service and in this instance ... we did not meet your expectations. This thread will make Steeda better in our day to day efforts, so thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Once your new CAI arrives you will not be disappointed ... and you can thank us in the long run for saving you the extra gas that would have been used (lol) ... because when this product is added to your car it will be night and day.

Best Regards,

TJ

Thanks TJ, Gus, and everyone at Steeda for always being professional and providing exceptional customer service.

Btw...
There's another parts company that should be taking notes.

This! I've got someone specific in mind, and they're always spamming the forum with their "sales"...

Dude, everybody shut up. To be honest all of y'all are "those customers" spend some real money and then you can have something to say. A cai and a tune is THE cheapest thing you can buy for your car. Get a grip!

Not if its purchases from your company. Was just on your site. Saw that you can add a supercharger for $9999. That thing better be gold plated and diamond encrusted!

you know the original poster does have the right to be disappointed. With some of the comments here I think it has gone from upset to pissed. We have all waited for that one thing we wanted for our car and then it does not happen due to an error. It is like Chevy trying to be better than Ford. I am sure they get pissed through frustration. now lets all go out and drive it like we stole it and we will all feel better.

How many hours of labor is that install? 12?
How many hours of labor for a tune? 4?

16 hours of labor @ 90/hour = 1440
Supercharger = 5600?
Total = 7040

What is the other 3000$ used for?

^^^exactly. $7k is about what I paid for mine installed and dyno tuned. So at your price that's about 43% more, almost 1 1/2 times the price. And I have a procharger which is one of the sc's listed on your site. On top of that my price included the d1sc head unit and a bap, does yours?
